TURN AROUND TIME & SHIPPING POLICIES:
TAT is always listed at the top of the website in the announcements. Please note that turn around time is from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped, not delivered. You will receive tracking information at the time of shipping so that you have an accurate estimate for delivery.
No returns, exchanges or refunds on any items. Please message me or email me if you have a problem with your order within 48 hours of receipt and we can discuss.
It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with USPS, and/or UPS due to lost/stolen/damaged packages as it is out of my hands once the items are shipped.
